Specialist construction advice, tendering and procurement for new build, extension and refurbishment work is provided by our associate project managers Francis Hunter Limited.

Simon Prior is owner and founder of Arun Property Company Limited. He started his career at Mason Philips, a niche firm of investment advisors, later moving to the Antler Property Group. SImon has particular experience in establishing investment portfolios and has demonstrated reliability in both property and corporate based transactions with major UK funds, Property Companies, Enterprise Zone Trusts and local authorities including:
